The plot observation screen is organized in tabs. The first tab holds data describing the sample site and meta data related to an observation. The layers tab holds data about percentage cover and other properties of vegetation layers (= strata or tiers). The plants tab is for individual plant observations. Open the species tab to enter, edit or delete species records.
Vegapp does not distinguish between plots and plot obervations but you can assign a “Permanent Plot ID” to your observation. Plot observations are organized in projects meaning that data exchange and customization using settings are all on a project basis.
